I kid you not. It was windy today. And pretty cold for March. Folks in my neck of the woods woke up to a winter wonderland of about 8" of snow. Between the wind and the temperature warming up, the snow didn't last long. I broke out the camera for a little bird photography. Hold onto your perch!

I love this bird picture! It's really beautiful. I was so shocked to learn that you got snow in Texas in March. I'm sure you were more surprised. ;-) Sadly there's snow showers in my seven day forecast too. I guess winter's not completely dead, but it's on it's last breath...I'm sure of it. March just can't be trusted!

That is exactly how I felt Sunday at Zapp when we took the trailer down! We missed seeing the snow...but not the wind or rain!

Beautiful photograph...Here in Athens its t-shirt weather and its going to be a warm Easter...but seeing this photo made me yearn for a few extra crisp days before the sun sets in.
