Antique Photographer

Heater 2, originally uploaded by Snakelover61.

Yes, I realize that title could be taken two different ways. I don't think I'm quite old enough to be considered an antique yet. You are certainly entitled to a different opinion, but I actually meant a person who takes pictures of antiques. I broke out the 50mm prime lens and took a few no-flash pictures yesterday at Primitques.

Link to my entire "Antiques" photo set.

Placing the heater on the glass block was my idea. It got Mindy's approval, so I think it must be good. I'm trying to learn this stuff because... you know, what's important to my beloved is important to me.

There is no doubt. The man has a good eye for photography AND decorating. Well, and he's kept me around for awhile. A good eye AND he's smart! I like this pic a lot. ~Mindy

Dear Old Photographer,

I love your pictures, especially the conflict between the faux ice block and the heater. Nice play on items. As always, your depth of field is mar-vel-ous. I hope you're going to enter the contest Ms. Mindy is pushing. Or you could just issue your own calender.
