Stimulus money has to go somewhere, and this makes about as much sense as anything else that comes out of DC.

Ok. I have to admit. I totally didn't get it. About 1 minute and 10 seconds into it, I got it. And then I laughed really hard! You lead in still didn't prep me. I guess you could say that I, like everyone in Washington, was baffled with bull @&*(. ha! ~Mindy
You know I'm not going to say anything about that. But I did enjoy all the Warrington pictures. I love seeing all those faces. I feel so left out. I want to be a part of that and meet them all in person. Thank you for the tour!
